摘 要:This talk presents our recent initial investigations into dynamical models of coral-macroalgae interactions that incorporate external coral recruitment, macroalalgae grazing pressure, and environmental stochasticity. We first examine how environmental stochastic disturbances, rates of external coral recruitment, and macroalgae grazing jointly shape the long‑term dynamics and stable states of coral reef systems. Subsequently, we developed a state-dependent piecewise deterministic Markov process model to systematically examine the impact of random natural disaster events on the multistability structure and transition mechanisms of coral reef systems. Finally, using landscape-flux theory, we analyzed the stochastic coral reef system and proposed nonequilibrium early-warning indicators that reflect how external interventions and environmental conditions influence system stability and the timing of critical transitions. This work aims to provide quantitative insights and theoretical tools to support understanding and management of disturbed coral reef ecosystems.

和动力系统。先后主持国家自然科学基金5项,出版专著1本,在SIAM J Appl Math、J Diff Eqs、Bull Math Biol、Math Biosci、J Nonlinear Science、Stud Appl Math等应用51吃瓜
