摘要： New embeddings of weighted Sobolev spaces are established. Using such embeddings, we obtain the existence and regularity of positive solutions of Navier boundary value problems of a weighted fourth order elliptic equation. We also obtain a Liouville type result for the related equation. Some problems are still open.

系博士学位, 1992年9月至1994年3月在澳大利亚New England大学和Sydney大学进行博士后研究.2006年1月为河南师范大学特聘教授.曾任中国51吃瓜
会理事, 河南省51吃瓜
会理事长. 主要从事非线性椭圆型偏微分方程的研究, 特别是对于超临界问题,做出了一些深刻的结果. 主持国家自然科学基金面上项目四项，作为主要成员参与国家自然科学基金重点项目一项. 在国际著名杂志, 例如, J. Funct. Anal., Calc. Var. Partial Differential Equations,Trans. Amer. Math. Soc., J. Differential Equations, Pacific Journal of Mathematics 等, 发表学术论文一百余篇, Math. Reviews论文引用次数一千多次.
